Knowledge
Rufus is known to have played football pretty well offered a full ride to the University of Texas, however when he was hit by a truck it ruined his career with his leg being mangled. After healing he went on to work on the family farm more actively and several other ones in the area to help pay for his technical college degree for animal sciences. His ability to calm and control the larger beasts and compassion for animals in his care drew the attention of his former master. He worked ten years for the mysterious, yet rumored powerful, Elder. On a routine trip to get some rescue animals in Maine to bring back to the farm in Texas he was jumped and left for dead in the woods of the domain of Lewiston Maine...

History: Rufus says he has raised three generations of Tucker's line and each one gets larger and larger. Tucker was the runt when born and the only one to survive. The Brujah is as loyal to the dog as it is to him.

Character Information

Known History
Andrea is known to be relatively young. She has resided in Portland, Maine since January 2009, during which time she has risen quickly within the clan and the City of Portland as a whole. She took uncontested praxis of Portland, ME on April 9, 2011 after the kidnapping and death of Jerry Bonard at the hands of the Sabbat. In March 2015 she was recognized a Sovereign Prince of the Camarilla, the announcement being made by Queen Anne Bowsley. In recent years she seems to spend as much time on the international stage as at home, at important political meetings and social gatherings alike, approaching difficult topics and individuals in a direct manner that makes some very uncomfortable.

She has lost a number of people close to her through death or otherwise over the years and she feels those losses deeply. She always has embroidered black handkerchiefs with her and often supplies them to those in need discretely and with sympathy. She seems to enjoy situations that push others' perceptions or expectations, though she never quite seems to cross social lines completely.

Character Information

Known History
For many years, his earliest memory was in a Las Vegas asylum, bound in restraints, near frenzy, cared for by his Primogen. In moments of lucidity, he would try to remember the face of his caretaker, but it would always fade and escape him...over time, Thomas began to have longer and longer periods of lucidity. He was brought before the Prince, who Acknowledged him as a member of the Ivory Tower in September of 2002. Shortly after, Thomas destroyed a Brujah neonate who was abusing his ghoul, a young girl named Vanessa. As punishment, Thomas was exiled from the domain and told never to return. The ghoul was to be destroyed, until Thomas pleaded to allow him to take her with him. Together, Vanessa and Thomas travelled to Portland, ME. They spent many days in railroad cars, or car trunks. Vanessa was a perfect match for Thomas...his sadistic tendencies and her masochistic streak were seemingly bottomless. She didn't even mind Thomas fits of madness, when he would descend into near catatonia, draggin ghis fingernails over the wood and carpeting.

Once in Portland, Thomas quickly rose through the ranks of the local Kooks, and showed an aptitude for politics. With the assistance of his clanmates, he staged a mostly peaceful coup of the Malkavian Primogen in 2007. He held the position firmly, out of a mixture of fear and respect. He hit rockbottom, however when he accidentally murdered his beloved Vanessa. With that, he began a slow process of coming back from the edge of Wassail.

Taking a break from the Primogenship in 2011 to focus on his personal development, Thomas began to visit his cousins across the country, seeking for his true place in the world. It seems that his place is back in Portland. Local clan leadership fell short, and Thomas took the position back in April of 2013.

In late 2014, he was called to Wales and recruited to the Malkavian Justicar's office as an Archon to Maris Streck.

*"No. I promise you I will not drink the flask of pure evil." -Glitter and Gloom 2017

Rumors
*He's a lot older than people think he is.
*He has a singular hatred for Malkavian Antitribu.
*Tony Maietta murdered a Malk in Portland just to piss Thomas off.
*Thomas has a network of children that run around and look to him as a father figure.
*Thomas has locked away several clan members who need more time to "ripen".
*He is the most connected Malkavian in the Northeast.
*Thomas was on the arm of Justicar Streck for the entirety of the 2015 Conclave.
*He gave such a rousing speech at a recent clan meeting, that something woke up and spat poetry.
*Thomas True holds a key to unlocking several prophecies.
*Thomas True's blood holds the secret to resetting the Great Prank, reinitiating Dominate instead of Dementation, and Maris wanted to keep and eye on him/experiment on him.
*He's looking for servires...
*He has childer everywhere...he just doesn't know they exist.
*He's really an Elder, pulling punches. His connection to the cobweb gives him away though.
*A shard of an ancient Priest lives in his soul.
*Is jealous of a younger, more powerful Malkavian.
*Has had a massive personality shift, taking on the mannerisms of other prominent Malkavians. Is it because he's jealous?

Known History
Joe arrived in Portland just after Former Prince Dragoon and his coterie of Elders had defended the city from a Sabbat siege in the mid 90's. For nearly 10 years, Joe was barely seen by the Kindred of the city, as he worked to find his inspiration. Once found, it struck like a lightning bolt, and he and his band, Deathclock, still have fans clubs across the country. But life on the road is not for Kindred, and Joe stepped away from his band to become fully involved in Kindred Society.
Over the course of several years, Joe held the position of Keeper of Elysium and Seneschal, before briefly holding Praxis in the face a renewed Sabbat siege and Former Prince Dragoon's absence. That ended with Elder Jerry Bonard of Clan Brujah, who disappeared in the final battle with the Sabbat.
Joe showed no interest in reclaiming Praxis in Jerry's absence, supporting Andrea McDermott's claim. In the years since, Joe has maintained his support of Sovereign Prince McDermott's Praxis, and served for several years as her Sheriff, before stepping down in Fall of 2015. Since stepping down, he has become reclusive, avoiding local gatherings, although he has traveled to regional gatherings.

Prince McDermott: "You did check [the building we're in] for Hunters, too, right?" - Sheriff: "Um... No." - Seneschal: "That's why you're the brains of the operations, boss."

"Don't listen to them. You get to be whoever you want. They think they know you. Whatever they see... if you act even a bit like a child, you are treated as a child. If you want to be a Queen... act it. You told me what you wanted and felt. Don't doubt it. Don't let them define you. But proving them wrong isn't easy. It's a hard and long road. If you peck and flutter and panic like a baby bird... it's what they see and what you are. But... Be a hawk. An eagle. Or a phoenix - though I don't want you to burn out. Learn to be still. To watch. To wait. Remember, always. But... be aloof. Above them."
