Sparing. Dominique does not often speak about her past. Acknowledged in Alabama in 1964 following an attenuated-but-successful Agoge focused on the founding of an exclusive, mysterious secret society for influential kine. She has spent most of the intervening time either there or traveling on society business -- developing the secret society into a global venture. Her presence in kindred society has up to now been minimal - showing up to formal Courts in Birmingham and little else. She reentered society formally at Blood & Ice 2025 on the arm of her cousin -- who she calls "sister" -- [[Vivienne Delage]]. From there, the pair gained residence in Columbus under the grace of Prince Madyson Holiday. Vivienne quickly took the office of Primogen, while Dominique joined the Scourge's office as Hound. She is rumored to be pursuing more esoteric ventures -- all within acceptable bounds of the Ivory Tower, of course.

Quiet and generally polite, Morgan generally spends most of his time watching and paying attention, before deciding to do something.
He is also known for being the Prince's interrogator, emerging from conversations with enemies of the domain with the necessary information for the domain to defend itself.
Rumors have started to emerge regarding Morgan having a darker side to his dealings with others, from members of his clan to other supernatural creatures.
He shows up, seemingly at random in various domains, where he usually has a brief meeting, and then assists with whatever needs taking care of, only to report back later that the problem has been resolved.

==Known History==
Morgan put in his first public appearance at Kindred gatherings in January of 2015 in the domain of Annapolis. He spent some months as Deputy Sheriff with Sheriff Viktor and Sheriff Vitale Koslov.
Morgan was appointed Keeper of Elysium in January of 2017, and joined M.U.T.E. a few months later. After stepping down briefly to rebuild his humanitas lost in the defense against the Daeva, he again returned to the position of Keeper of Elysium. 
Morgan rotates Stewards every few years, preferring to find and train younger, newer Kindred without some of the preconceptions of an older member of the Camarilla. This has led to many of his former Stewards receiving officer positions in both Annapolis, and neighboring domains.
He has been appointed as Steward to assist with Masquerade issues at several large Kindred gatherings, most notably several Glitter and Gloom events held in Baltimore, MD.
Morgan has been asked publicly several times if he's having intimate relations with a number of powerful Kindred. His answers range from a simple, "No." to, "Well, I guess that depends on your definition of intimate."
In the last year or two, Morgan has been known to gift prominent members of the Camarilla with very exotic pets, ranging from Cerberus hounds to dragons of various types.
In recent months, Morgan has been seen in several prominent domains on the arm of a variety of Kindred ladies, and his absence from the West Coast gatherings may be because of a lover's quarrel, rather than politics like he keeps telling people.
Most recently (2023), Morgan helped coordinate a performance of his clanmates that caused Sovereign Prince [[Rook]] to publicly renounce his well-known distaste for the Tremere clan. 
In November of 2023, Morgan was named Seneschal of Annapolis, MD...replacing [[Soren le Maudit]].
Morgan is known for his preference for "efficiency", usually displayed as massive amounts of pre-planning and out of the box thinking.

She often wears a variety of pins, most commonly one that reads "Mad Scientist" one that reads "Asexual" one that reads "I fear-" then something random, one that looks a little like the Deathly Hallows symbol with a red stone in the middle, one which promotes Deadpool for President, one which is the Gargoyle bloodline symbol (but she notably does NOT wear the Tremere symbol), and one that is shaped like a silver filigree moon with pearls hanging off of it - and any number of other pins. Otherwise, she dresses casually in T-shirts which usually have some kind of science slogan on them, trousers or tights of some sort, and glowing sneakers. She often wears glowing skirts, and has recently learned what formal means. It means glowing dresses.

 Sonya (who went by Myrna for most of her life) was recruited by Clan Tremere while she was still at Bryn Mawr University, despite the fact that she was dependent upon a communication book of words and phrases to speak. She was a very gifted scientist and showed a great deal of promise, especially in written format. Once embraced, she buried herself in research and was not seen in public again until 2012 when she was sent to Griffin, Georgia.

The year had, by all appearances, been a very busy year for Sonya. She was active in the city and - probably due to this new public identity - no longer needs to use the communication book to talk. She also volunteers to protect less martial citizens during battles and appears to be somewhat effective with this. 

Beginning 2014, Sonya has appeared to go more and more insane. She complains of auditory and visual hallucinations, visions, and nightmares, and occasionally asks people if they are sure that they are real. She has been seen exhibiting odd behavior around the city and those who have seen her writing know that she experiences severe dysgraphia. She showed up at gather one night in pajamas and insisted that someone was trying to burn down her house. She is occasionally distracted and frustrated by unseen agitators and appears to find relief mostly by hyper focusing on mathematical or scientific computer work. Her viewpoint, when prompted, is that she is upset because she is a scientist and scientists depend on sensory input for data, but she can no longer trust that. This appears to be the major source of frustration on her behalf. 

Towards the end of 2014, Sonya and Gaia were involved in a bit of an odd performance that caught the attention of the new Prince. Nothing untoward happened, aside from the power inexplicably cutting out. Prince Pompeii declared it illegal for kindred to provide public entertainment. Since then, Sonya's attendance at gather has been a bit more sporadic - in that she tends to be in the area in case she is needed (and a gather hasn't gone by that she wasn't), but doesn't attend overmuch. Towards the end of 2015, she began carrying a silver boombox around with her and playing music where-ever she was as well as singing along with whatever is playing. She is a very good singer and has made some new friends because of this habit. She makes a point of publicly asking a member of the administration if she may please sing along to her CDs. People who know her well think that there must be a point to this. People who know her REALLY well suspect that the point may be routine. 

Despite her difficulties getting along with the former administration - or perhaps because of it - 2016 and early 2017 saw Sonya coming a lot more into her own. She developed an assertive streak, stubbornly collecting intelligence and presenting it to those she considered most in need of it for the betterment of the city. She had a hand in many of the more prolific events of the domain, mostly in an investigative format, and has made friends with the people in power in spite of herself (and possibly themselves). When the Praxis changed to Jan Von Reinlander, Sonya saw that her voice was being listened to (a change). When it changed to Prince Stevens, Sonya found herself thrust into the position of Primogen - by invitation.

Her service as Primogen was arguably without incident and she did a good job. She investigated as expected and quite often had hard-to-acquire information for the other Primogen. As a result, when Pompeii returned and took Praxis again, he agreed to allow her to remain Primogen (even though she was fairly vocally against him).

The night that Pompeii gave up his Praxis, the Harpy changed over as well and the Primogen Council promoted Sonya Nowagowski to Harpy.

From what the members of the Domain and the Primogen Council have said, Sonya has served the Domain has Harpy admirably through several Princes. Through Prince Gabriel, to the peaceful transition to Prince Farro, to the somewhat rockier transition to Prince Aribella - a transition which required Sonya's oversight, as Aribella was challenged not by Farro, who understood why power was transitioning in 2019, but by a one status gentleman who was apparently of the opinion that "becoming Prince should be hard, so I will be a challenger." Sonya served as a mediator and guardian for this dispute, even going so far as to ensure that an Independent who was insisting upon watching was seen out of the room - and helped the pair come to their ultimate decision, namely that Prince Aribella was the best choice.

Over this time, Sonya endeared herself to the Domain. She became known for being willing to help, especially with information gathering, and often is willing to offer advice and encouragement to help citizens avoid scandal and learn how to be better Camarilla members. She is known for providing choices in the instance of Scandal and severe disapproval of punitive boons; most people appear to believe that she is fair... or at least that's what they tell her. During her time as Harpy, the boon economy went from being nearly completely unused to booming, and most of those well-positioned individuals place a fair amount of the credit with Sonya's efforts and advice. She has also taken to glowing - often brightly, and it's getting worse - with LED lights pinned to her clothing and various glowing clothing pieces and jewelry being added to her ensemble. She insists that wattage is very important. She appears very comfortable in Griffin, especially among the Malkavians there.

On Prince Aribella's death, Sonya worked as part of an independent death investigation and ultimately found herself overseeing and deciding a second Praxis claim - in absentia of one of the claimants, who had fled - when Prince Ezekiel took Praxis of Griffin, Georgia. Despite some political pushing from outside of the city encouraging the Council to change Harpies, the Primogen were all very insistent that Sonya was the best choice, and who they would prefer in the position.

In 2010 Titus arrived in Dayton Ohio holding several offices including Harpy before relocating to Columbus. 
Titus served Prince Kein in an extended capacity as Keeper, then Sheriff before becoming Harpy. 
In recent nights (2024) Titus has returned to the public courts, serving Prince Holiday as Primogen before stepping up once again to serve the domain as Harpy. 
Titus was heavily involved in the Lasombra play to make their Loyal name Honorary at the 2024 Boston Conclave. 
In October of 2024, Femina Spinadora formally entered under the accounting of Titus.
