A long time ghoul of Laura Wu, Viktor was embraced some time at the end of 2016 and received their Acknowledgement from Sovereign Prince Deems in San Francisco in early 2018. They have since traveled south to Los Angeles where they now reside, trying to get Clan Malkavian into a better position in the City of Angels.

Viktor quickly gained prominence and political clout in Los Angeles, serving first as Whip and then currently as Primogen of Clan Malkavian. They were seem as Brave by Mark Richardson of their clan at the annual Grand Gathering in the California Bay Area; seen as such for their handling of Clan business at the event. Since then, they have helped clean Los Angeles of blood borne disease and have become a trusted councilor of Sovereign Prince Neumann. They have recently been assigned as the Scourge of Los Angeles by the Sovereign. That position they held for approximately a month and a half before walking into a Primogen meeting as the Whip of Clan Malkavian and walking out as the new Harpy of Los Angeles (June 2019).

Viktor performed as one of the contestants in the Annual Poetry Contest in Los Angeles during the Winter Solstice in 2019 and was awarded first place and the title of Poet Laureate of Los Angeles.

During the time of Shadows, Viktor became the Knight of Swords to [[Priscilla Hale]], aiding her in her investigations. They became very close and her transcendence in 2020 marked a significant change in the Malkavian, having lost two of their closest friends within the Clan. They stepped away from Kindred society during this time, occasionally showing up in Los Angeles to help during times of crisis, including the rescue of their Clan elder, Amadeus, from divine hunters.

Viktor has returned to regular appearances in society in recent nights, making appearances in the Court of Los Angeles, and has been chosen as one of the Clan-Elects for Clan Malkavian at the 2022 Judicial Conclave of Harridan Cornelius Yul.

Embraced sometime after the release of his hit album in 1989, Sid Slither is a Rock Star through and through. He toured for a few years throughout the 90's across the UK, Europe, and the rare jaunt stateside, before disappearing for many years. After graduating early from the BioChem BS program from Berkeley, Laura decided to completely changing her life by pursuing her true passion: fashion. As a highly adept student of fashion design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Laura Wu provoked the interest of Vivian Visconte of Clan Toreador and became her ghoul until Vivian's death in 2003. Afterwards, there was some debate as to who would embrace Laura and eventually Rhys de Charlemagne et Calais stepped forward and claimed her as his childer. She was under the accounting for a few months before becoming Acknowledged within the Camarilla by the Prince of Berkeley at the time, Grendel. After saving the life of her Primogen during a Sabbat raid on the court, Laura Wu was given the distinction of being Cherished by Grendel, who was still Prince at the time.

Post graduation from the fashion design program, she founded Laura Wu Couture and opened a storefront in Berkeley, where the Out of the Closet Thrift Store had been. Despite much success, she longed to make more of a mark on the world and so traveled to further her standing within the mortal realm, eventually becoming a world famous fashion designer.

After several years of traveling, Laura decided that it was time to return to the Bay Area, but found a much changed political landscape. Upon her return, she renounced her Acknowledgement by the Traitor Grendel as well as the status of Cherished, as a show of renouncing all ties she had with the Sabbat turncoat. Laura Wu was Acknowledged by Prince Virgil Deems of San Francisco and seen as Honorable by Seneschal Richards for giving up her standing without hesitation. In 2012, Laura Wu became the Primogen of Clan Malkavian in San Francisco. That same year she founded and was the spokesperson for a line of cosmetics called "Forever Young" that was geared at maintaining the masquerade.

In a run-in with the Sabbat which claimed the lives of Geoffrey Tanner and Elisa Maxwell, Laura was kidnapped by the Sabbat until her release a few months later as a show of good faith. After a full investigation, which cleared her of any Sabbat involvement, Laura returned to her normal life. She was granted Personal Domain within the city of San Francisco in 2014 and granted right of Progeny in early 2015.

Laura ascended to the position of Keeper of Elysium and held both positions of Keeper and Primogen until her kidnapping by an Oni in late 2015. Thanks to the efforts of Ambassador Wei Mu Tien from the Celestial Court of San Francisco, Laura was returned 6 months later, at which time she resumed the mantle of Primogen, but not Keeper. In early 2017 Laura was named as the Seneschal of San Francisco by Prince Virgil Deems.

Embraced sometime after the release of his hit album in 1989, Sid Slither is a Rock Star through and through. He was officially Acknowledged by Prince Benedic in September 2011 and stayed within the Domain of Las Vegas for the next two years, acting as a small time dealer of information and services rendered. Prince Benedic named him as a Connected member of the Camarilla in October 2012. In May of 2013, Matchstick packed up his bags and bid farewell to the City of Sin, heading west to Los Angeles and the Court of Prince Ethan Neumann. He has been a Citizen of that Domain since.

He attended the Gathering of the Camarilla and the Anarch Movement aboard the Queen Mary in September 2013 where he was seen hobnobbing with important movers and shakers from the world over, often trading lurid tales and gossip or speaking in hushed tones in dark corners. Since then, Matchstick has made a name for himself as a information broker and a keeper of the Masquerade within Los Angeles.
