Old fashion in some regards and very modern in others. She has a love for technology, etiquette and animals. She writes smut for a living simply because it sells well.She was heavily influenced by media and pop culture. She has a love for television and media that she doesn’t quite understand. She finds that some of her best research to answer any “Why?” or “What would happen if…?” (a trait she uses to come up with character concepts for her erotica) questions she might come up with come out of TV and cinema. Despite her acceptance of alternative lifestyles, different belief systems and ways of acting, Syprus herself attempts to put an extreme emphasis on being polite, inoffensive and diplomatic. She won’t care if you crack a “your momma’s so fat” joke, commit a vulgar display or use profanity but she tries very hard to behave properly herself. If you are blatantly rude or continuously improper you’ll probably end up on her growing list of people she tries very hard to not associate with. But, the thing to keep in mind is that in Syprus’s mind rude and improper does not mean dry, humorless and boring. She is drawn to interesting people especially if she thinks she can get a character out of them for a future novel. Some people have commented after conversing with Syprus that they feel as if the entire time they were talking to her she was sizing them up and figuring out how she could fit them onto paper.

Syprus arrived in the twin cities in March of 2010 arriving from Denver to visit the place her sire had come from. She liked it well enough to set up a permanent residence. In 2012 took Praxis. Believed to have been killed in a Praxis attempt in March 2013.

John has been keeping in shape, and taking in target practice to keep his aim sharp and good. Preperation you might say, for the coming nights. He's heard of the issues in the Domain. He's seeing the writing on the wall. Soon the spoiled princess will fall, and even if she doesn't, the Domain will need men of his caliber.

When he was last in the Domain, the city was filled with politics and social creatures. How foolish they were. The Camarilla's enemies no doubt smell the blood like sharks in the water. Not much is known about Mark's early days of his unlife and not many have really asked. Since coming to the Twin Cities however he has held several positions, however some of them for a very short amount of time. Within his first month of being in the city he took part in the large raid on St. Cloud to fight the demon Dragal and was one of only a hand full to return. Soon after he began assisting then Scourge [[Alexei Semago]] with patrolling a small portion of the city. After [[Morgan Wynn Howell]] stepped down as prince he was made Primogen of Clan Gangrel for the very brief reign of Prince [[Sylphain Delille]](deceased). Under Prince [[Alexei Semago]] he was made Scourge, a position which he again held for a short time before being made Primogen of Clan Gangrel. Now that [[Syprus Herring]] has taken praxis he has again taken the position of Gangrel Primogen.

Old fashion in some regards and very modern in others. She has a love for technology, etiquette and animals. She writes smut for a living simply because it sells well.She was heavily influenced by media and pop culture. She has a love for television and media that she doesn’t quite understand. She finds that some of her best research to answer any “Why?” or “What would happen if…?” (a trait she uses to come up with character concepts for her erotica) questions she might come up with come out of TV and cinema. Despite her acceptance of alternative lifestyles, different belief systems and ways of acting, Syprus herself attempts to put an extreme emphasis on being polite, inoffensive and diplomatic. She won’t care if you crack a “your momma’s so fat” joke, commit a vulgar display or use profanity but she tries very hard to behave properly herself. If you are blatantly rude or continuously improper you’ll probably end up on her growing list of people she tries very hard to not associate with. But, the thing to keep in mind is that in Syprus’s mind rude and improper does not mean dry, humorless and boring. She is drawn to interesting people especially if she thinks she can get a character out of them for a future novel. Some people have commented after conversing with Syprus that they feel as if the entire time they were talking to her she was sizing them up and figuring out how she could fit them onto paper.

After his Embrace and Acknowledgment, Sylphain left his Sire (of whom he rarely speaks) and Marseilles and proceeded to wander through Camarilla territories for forty+ years. Primarily through luck, he managed to avoid situations that could be seen as either dangerous or educational.

When the Twin Cities hosted a debate on the nature of the Camarilla and the Traditions in November of 2009, Sylphain, ever the scholar, decided to see what the event was all about. Something about the Domain triggered a wish to settle down, and he has remained there since.

By summer of 2010, Sylphain had gone from unknown nobody to Primogen of Clan Toreador, though he is entirely unsure how this event transpired.

Throughout the majority of his time in the Domain of the Twin Cities, he seems to have been inordinately obsessed with the weather and with Latino gangs. Last winter, the Kindred of the Domain staged an assault, with Sylphain at the head, on a church in a gang-infested area of the Cities, and this obsession has died down.

After being unwillingly involved in the execution of [[James Carlson]], Sylphain ended up with the Accounting of [[Natasha Taylor]] due to the efforts of Primogen Howell.

When Morgan Howell stepped down as Prince, Sylphain challenged [[Nekoj Kustic]] for Praxis, and won. Four weeks later, in a Praxis fight with [[Alexei Semago]], he was killed.

The one distinguishing characteristic is a scar that runs down his right cheek. He claims to be from St. Petersburg but his English is flawless. Although he has been known to speak Russian equally as well. In addition, all that come near Alexei soon realize that he is a predator amongst the sheep. 
Alexei is usually dressed in dark, military style clothing, better to hide the blood and the brain matter and is always heavily armed.

==Known History==
Little is known about Alexei before his arrival in the domain of the Twin Cities in November of 2011. His cold demeanor and curt answers have left his past a mystery. What people know about Alexei is that he is a member of Clan Brujah who came from St. Petersburg, Russia. Alexei has also freely admitted to working in the underworld as hit-man.

Since his arrival Alexei has made a name for himself as a brutal individual, becoming Scourge for the domain after only a couple of months of residence. It is rare for a gathering to go by without Alexei threatening to shoot someone, usually with the backing of the Prince. This constant threat of violence has made Alexei a solitary figure in the court that few wish to approach. Only Prince [[Morgan Wynn Howell]], Keeper Nekoj Kustic, and Primogen [[Baeddan Stone]] seem to freely speak with Alexei. The rest of the court keeps a respectful distance, especially Clan Toreador who seems to have become the target of Alexei’s more violent comments as of late.

More recently Alexei was seen getting into an argument with Prince [[Saif Al Din]] of La Crosse at a gathering. This nearly wordless argument lead to Prince [[Saif Al Din]] demanding that Alexei shoot him, which was backed by a command from Prince [[Morgan Wynn Howell]]. After shooting Prince [[Saif Al Din]] four times Alexei stood silently and allowed himself to be battered three times by [[Saif Al Din]] (who was using a chainsaw at the time) with only one phrase passing between the two of them. The argument ended, the gathering went on as if nothing happened, just another night in the Twin Cities.
