en-us: Little is known about Xavier's past. He is a serious man of few words who prefers to work in the shadows and act discreetly. Considered quite dedicated and careful, despite being cranky and pessimistic. His name came up publicly in 2011 when he began providing detective services to prominent Kindred of the region, becoming known for his investigative skills and and for his subtlety in dealing with certain problems. After that, in 2013, he became Sheriff of Rio Grande, a position he held for several years, under the leadership of several different Princes. During that time he dealt with many enemies of the Principality, also acting as a mediator between the Camarilla and some independent Kindred. Despite having a consistent performance, obtaining a certain prestige in the city, Xavier was never a protagonist in the political scene of Rio Grande.

en-us: In mortal days, he was famous as a police comissioner, known to be incorruptible, just, and brave enough to put the dirty of Caçapava do Sul (RS, Brazil) behind bars. He arrived in the Camarilla of Rio Grande in 2017, when he assumed the position of Primogen of the Brujah, three months later he was forced to leave the position by the order of the Prince who actually was a infiltrated Sabbat. Since that, Magno didn't took on any post in the Camarilla and got a negative status for a break of Elysium. The negative status ended after six months, and after another six months Magno became again the Primogen of the Brujah.

pt-br: Em tempos de mortal, ele era famoso como comissário de policia, conhecido por ser incorruptível, justo, e corajoso o bastante para colocar os sujos de Caçapava do Sul (RS, Brasil) atrás das grades. Ele chegou na Camarilla de Rio Grande em 2017, quando ele assumiu a posição de Primogênito dos Brujah, três meses depois ele foi forçado a deixar a posição por ordem da Príncipe que na verdade era um Sabá infiltrado. Desde então, Magno não assumiu nenhum cargo na Camarilla e recebeu um status negativo por quebra de Elísio. O status negativo acabou após seis meses, e após outros seis meses Magno se tornou novamente o Primogênito Brujah.

==Known History==
en-us: Little is known about Xavier's past. He is a serious man of few words who prefers to work in the shadows and act discreetly. Considered quite dedicated and careful, but also a little cranky. He is known for his investigative skills and for doing his best to deal with problems in the most subtle way possible. His name emerged in 2011 when he began providing detective services to prominent Kindred of the region. After that, in 2013, he became Sheriff of Rio Grande, a position he held for several years, under the leadership of several different Princes. During this time he dealt with many Camarilla enemies, such as hunters, infernalists, and other supernatural creatures. In addition, he often acted as mediator between the Camarilla and some independent Kindred.
